Bloody Rice Cake


Bloody Rice cake, or me-shai gao, is a dish made from pork blood and glutinous rice. It is usually cut into a rectangular piece and served on a stick, topped with peanut paste, hot sauce, and cilantro.
Bloody Rice cake is one of street food that is frequently seen in night markets in Taiwan.
